DESCRIPTION:During this no-cost lunch-and-learn\, IEE Member and Professional EOS® Implementer Lloyd Wolf will introduce owners & senior leaders of businesses with 20-200 employees to a complete set of simple concepts and practical tools being used by thousands of entrepreneurial leadership teams to clarify\, simplify and achieve their vision – EOS® (the Entrepreneurial Operating System®). Attendees will learn how they can use these concepts and tools to strengthen the Six Key Components™ of their business – Vision\, People\, Data\, Issues\, Process\, and Traction®. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout the Speaker\n\n\n\nAs an experienced entrepreneur and Professional EOS Implementer®\, Lloyd Wolf is passionate about helping owners and leaders run their business better\, drive growth faster\, and live a balanced life. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nLloyd is the founder and former CEO of Wolf Consulting LLC. Over the course of 30 years\, he led the company to being one of the leading providers of computer support for small & mid-size businesses in the Greater Pittsburgh Area. \n\n\n\nWhile running Wolf Consulting\, Lloyd successfully implemented EOS® (the Entrepreneurial Operating System®). Since retiring from that business in 2019\, Lloyd is now a Professional EOS Implementer.
